We retain information for varying lengths of time – very short periods for credit card information, and longer periods for your carbon footprint. When we process transactions, we provide your credit card billing details to our credit card transaction processing provider.

We use Clickpass as our membership and identity system. This means your user account information is subject to their terms of use.

We do not rent or sell personal information to others. However, we do make aggregate information available on our website when we publish information about our effectiveness in reducing carbon emissions, and when we provide aggregate data to the Chicago Climate Exchange as part of our annual audit process.

If you would like to change your personal data, you may do so at any time through your footprint profile on the website or by emailing support@littlecarbonfeet.com. Of course, you are free to delete your account at any time.

Personal Information Preferences

Littlecarbonfeet.com respects your right to make choices about how we communicate with you. You are free to opt in or out of any of our marketing newsletters and to subscribe or unsubscribe to our blog feed.
